Harry Colbert Obituary, Brisbane, AU Death – St Patrick’s College Community Mourns Class of 2021 Student

The St Patrick’s College community in Brisbane is mourning the loss of Harry Colbert, a valued member of the College community and member of O’Rourke House.

Harry, a member of the Class of 2021, is being remembered by former classmates, staff, friends and the wider College community following his death.

In a tribute shared by St Patrick’s College, Harry was remembered for his involvement in College life and the contribution he made to those around him. During his time at St Pat’s, he participated in tennis, rugby and cricket, becoming part of the many activities that shaped his school years.

Harry also gave his time to the Paddy’s Van Program, reflecting his involvement in supporting others and contributing to the College community beyond the sporting field.

Family and friends mourn Harry

The College has extended its heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Harry’s family, including his brothers Jack, Class of 2017, and Ben, Class of 2018, as well as his friends and all those mourning his passing.

His death has brought sadness to a community that remembers him as an important part of the St Patrick’s College family.

Harry’s funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 11, at the Lakeview Chapel at Albany Creek Memorial Park, located at 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs.

In keeping with Harry’s wishes, those attending the funeral have been invited to wear colourful attire, providing a personal touch to the farewell and celebration of his life.

The College concluded its tribute with a traditional prayer for the departed, asking for eternal rest and perpetual light for Harry.

As family, friends and members of the St Patrick’s College community prepare to say their final farewell, Harry Colbert’s memory will remain part of the College community he was proud to be part of.
