A 23-year-old British student, Julian Amaral, has been reported missing in Lisbon, Portugal, after attending a boat party on the Tagus River on September 1. Julian was attending the Vida de Jovem Fest with his cousin when he disappeared. According to reports, he told his cousin that he was going to the toilet shortly before the boat returned to Lisbon. He did not return. The boat later docked at Rocha Conde de Óbidos, where two security guards reportedly saw Julian leave the vessel. His whereabouts since then remain unknown.
