His career later took him to WMBA, where he developed the talk program that became known as Live Mike. Around 1987, he joined KDKA in Pittsburgh, eventually becoming a regular evening host. He later moved to WKBN in Youngstown, where he hosted the morning show.

A Career That Kept Bringing Him Home

Romigh returned to Beaver County Radio from 2014 to 2017, serving as program director and reviving the Teleforum name. He later worked with the Beaver County Humane Society before returning to radio once again.

In 2023, Live Mic with Mike Romigh returned to Beaver County Radio, airing weekday mornings and reconnecting him with longtime listeners.

Romigh stepped away from Live Mic in September 2025 because of ongoing health problems, according to the station.
